Is it normal that after few minutes in water, my trousers under scierra waders are bit wet? It is since I bought them, should I impregnate or what?

Simply the most cost effective jacket on the market.. ( i Beleive) I had mine for 7 year now, and still going strong. Light and comfy in all weather. I use mine for coastal fishing too, and great movement for fly fishing. I’m going to buy another one now, just in case the suddenly goes out of production.. Be aware a bit small in sizes, go a size up. I normally use m-l in jackets but XL in Scierra wading jacket. In fainess i usely rens all my gear with freshwater, when coming home.

Clearly you have no confidence in your products or you would have some means of communication with your customers, no email, no phone number, I can't find any way of speaking to you. I wanted to contact you about a waterproof Technical Climate Control wading jacket of yours that I bought, it has 2, what you are lead to believe are waterproof pockets, they have the waterproof zips which is great if you are stood in the rain on a pavement, but this is a wading jacket, when the water reaches your waiste the pockets fill up from the inside and trash your phone and electronic car keys. Its a sham, I will never buy anything from Scierra again, not so much because their products are crap (which is a pretty good reason) but because they won't talk to you about it after you find out.

Bought this jacket from Fishing Tackle and Bait and the phone cover was absent from the package. After numerous emails they said they had contacted Scierra about the missing item and they would get in touch with me. Fishing Tackle and Bait now ignoring my emails and Scierra also have never been in touch. Very poor customer service. Why advertise a product with the jacket and never check to see if it has been included.

I like the look of this jacket and happy to support market disruptors. My biggest concern would be that this company seems to go out of their way to avoid being contacted. Believe it or not there are people who are not on Facebook or Instagram. Going to take a pass and look at other alternatives.

Purchased 2 of these rods v2 both snapped 2nd one snapped before my fly hit the water on its 1st outing not in any rush to buy a 3rd one..lost all faith in scierra..

Super nice waders. But now I have had 2 pairs of Scierra waders that became leaky pretty quickly. 🤦🏼‍♂️

Nice to see a video showing that UL fly rods are OK to use in saltwater - I use 3 weight as my default now instead of 7 weight and the "catching"is so much more fun.

Huge deception from the X stretch wading suits. At first sight, those look cool. With their new innovative fabric award winning plus their tag "passed the control test", I felt safe to rely on Scierra so I purchased the new X stretch. Guiding in Iceland for the salmon season, it wasn't long before I was soaking wet in icy cold water. Not only very uncomfortable, it could be deadly in those northern latitudes where fishing can be extreme. The first leak was from the toes in the neoprene boot, then all along the legs and the back. I started to be in hypothermia so I had to quit the job and the fishing. It felt awkward when one is supposed to lead the session. I do not recommend the new Scierra X stretch. I will post reviews in various fly-fishing websites as well. This is even dangerous in my fishing and work conditions. I will be back to some trusted waders brand and spend again more money. I thought X stretch Scierra might be a worthy investment. Well, it definitely isn't. I am supposed to earn a living as a state certified professional, if my earnings doesn't go in wading suits all the time. Disappointed by Scierra for the least I can tell.
